What is worth knowing before a purchase, collected here because it does not fit on a storefront item page.

What the data is
A record of what was observed on crypto venues — order books and trades — sold for research, analysis and validation.
It is not a recommendation to trade, not investment advice, not a signal, and nothing here suggests or guarantees a future result. Investment decisions are yours.
Coverage and gaps
The data is what was recorded at the time of collection. It is not warranted to be complete, continuous or accurate, and it contains gaps from venue outages, network failures, collector stoppages and scheduled maintenance. Granularity differs across periods.

For Binance, the order book is included and the trade history is not: Binance publishes its own trades, and we supply an importer that converts what you fetch into our schema. Binance data here is collected from public market-data feeds. It is not an official Binance product and is not supplied or endorsed by Binance.
How long access lasts
There are two deadlines and they mean different things.
- Login period. One month from your purchase, during which you may sign in with your order number and email. A purchase never signed into inside it lapses.
- Download period. Fourteen days from that first sign-in. Within it you choose markets and dates up to your allowance and download them. Downloading is how the data is handed over rather than a service kept running, which is why this period is the shorter one.
The first is a deadline to begin, the second a deadline to finish. Fetching a file again never spends allowance. Once the download period ends, nothing further is taken and no new files are served, including where allowance remains. Files you already downloaded stay yours.
Redistribution is not permitted
You may not redistribute, resell, transfer, publicly host, or otherwise place the data itself where a third party can obtain it. The same applies to sharing a token or a download URL.
Publishing indicators, features and results derived from the data is fine. What is prohibited is redistributing the underlying files. Articles 2 and 3 of the terms set this out.
Cancellation, refunds and defects
As a digital product, we do not generally accept cancellation or return once delivery is complete.
Get in touch if:
- You cannot access the data, or a download will not complete
- A file is corrupt, or its checksum does not match
- The allowance granted differs from what you bought
- You were charged twice
Where we confirm the problem we re-supply the data, credit the equivalent market-days, or arrange something case by case.
Contact
Include your order number, the email you bought with, the product name, and what is going wrong. We aim to reply within seven business days of receiving it.
